What are you not doing right now…
because something hurts?

• Walking the beach
• Playing with your kids or grandkids

Most people with knee pain try:

Rest

Most people think a cortisone shot will “fix” their herniated disc…

👉 But that’s not actually how it works.

Here’s the truth 👇

Cortisone shots ONLY help when your pain is coming from inflammation (“chemical pain”) - and that’s actually the minority of cases.

In fact, 70-80% of back pain is mechanical - meaning it’s caused by how your body moves, not inflammation.

So if your pain:
✔️ Feels better when you move
✔️ Changes with position
✔️ Improves after walking or stretching

A shot won’t fix the real problem.

It might just mask it… temporarily.

And that’s where people get stuck in the cycle:
➡️ Pain
➡️ Injection
➡️ Relief
➡️ Pain comes back

The better approach?
Fix the ROOT cause - how your body moves.

Because when you do that…
👉 The disc becomes way less of a problem (even if it’s still there)
