RCW FULL CIRCLE 23 takes place on Saturday, December 13th at the Sciotoville East High School in Portsmouth, Ohio. Bring the kids to see SANTA CLAUS! PICTURES WITH SANTA will be available plus Santa will be on hand to help out with our TOY DRIVE. We ask that you consider making a toy donation on the 13th. Every toy donation earns you 5 chances to win multiple prizes. Prizes to be announced on our FACEBOOK. Every toy you bring gets you 5 tickets to enter into whichever raffle you choose.
