We’re Hiring: Live-In Resident Aide (Caregiving) / Personal Assistant

📍 Posen, MI | 💲 $13–$15/hr + FREE Housing | ⏰ 40 hrs/week + Paid Overtime

Live where you work and love what you do! We’re a small, family-run adult foster care home looking for a full-time live-in caregiver/personal assistant to join our team.

Your Day:
🌞 Daytime – Personal Assistant tasks: errands, light cleaning, meal prep, helping the owners

Resident Aide (Caregiving) / Personal Assistant
Location: Posen, MI
Pay: $13–$15/hour
Hours: 35–40 hrs/week

We’re a small, family-run adult foster care home looking for a caring, dependable person to join our team in a dual role.
You’ll start each shift helping the owners with errands, light cleaning, and simple meal prep — then switch over to caring for our elderly residents in a warm, home-like setting.

🕒 Typical Shift: 1 p.m.–9 p.m. (weekend availability required)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Grocery shopping, laundry, errands
✅ Light cleaning & holiday decorating
✅ Assist residents with meals, evening routines, and companionship
✅ Keep things running smoothly in a supportive environment

What We Offer:
💲 $13–$15/hr based on experience
📅 Paid training & holiday pay
🤝 A family-like, supportive team

Requirements:
