We’re Hiring: Live-In Resident Aide (Caregiving) / Personal Assistant
📍 Posen, MI | 💲 $14–$16/hr + FREE Housing | ⏰ 40 hrs/week + Paid Overtime

Live where you work and love what you do! We’re a small, family-run adult foster care home looking for a full-time live-in caregiver/personal assistant to join our team.

🛏 Housing Included: Spacious master suite with walk-in closet, private bath, all utilities, and high-speed internet — rent-free!

Your Day:
🌞 Daytime – Personal Assistant tasks: errands, light cleaning, meal prep, helping the owners
🌙 Evenings – Caregiving: assisting elderly residents with meals, evening routines, and companionship

Earlier this week, we had a special treat at Orchard Manor! Donny Smith, a friend of Juny’s, came and played the squeeze box for our residents.

And yes… it’s not an accordion, even though that’s what some of us thought at first.

Our residents absolutely loved it — lots of smiles, toe tapping, and a wonderful afternoon together.
