We know visiting a new doctor can feel a little intimidating — but we are here to make it a simple, stress-free experience. 😊

Here is what you can expect at your first visit with us:

🕓 Check-in is quick and easy. Just arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork. You can even fill out forms online beforehand!

🤝 A warm welcome. Our front desk staff will greet you with a smile and guide you through your visit.

🩺 A thorough consultation. We guarantee each of our doctors will take the time to listen, answer all your questions, and meet your eyes' needs.

After 50 years in the same location, Kootenai Vision Center has changed locations to 3914 E. Early Dawn in Post Falls. Drs. Will Fagan, Rob Johnson, & Jared Lambert are excited to better serve the people of North Idaho. We all feel so blessed for our great location and beautiful, new building. A special thanks to Dr. Pabst (pictured in last few photos) for starting Kootenai Vision Center back in 1976.

Our new office is easy to find… from Cd'A take Hanley west to Hwy 41, turn right and the next left on Early Dawn.

We look forward to 👓SEEING👓 you!
