It’s been a busy season in my doula world and as things have slowed down (intentionally), it feels like a good opportunity to say hello! I have a lot of new followers on this page, and I just want to say welcome!!!

I’m Jennifer and I’ve been a childbirth educator and doula for 27 years. I have served nearly 900 families as their doula and thousands of families as their childbirth educator. My journey began long ago when I was pregnant with our first daughter (how is it possible she turns 30 soon?). Our area didn’t have a childbirth ed class that felt like the right fit for me. After my birth, I decided to take up the cause and pursue birth work as a career!

I love gardening, reading, coffee and tea. My family are my very favorite people ❤️

Coming later this month! Birth Basics 101 provides education on stages of labor, coping techniques, coaching, advocacy, postpartum and much more! This is a great option for families who can't attend a full length birth course, or for those who need a refresher! Class will be held in Hayden on April 27 and May 4 form 9:30am-1:30pm.
