Healing can feel a little like a stock market chart. Up, down, up again… and then suddenly you realize you’re trending in the right direction.

You can have a great week, then feel sore again after a long day, a workout, travel, stress, or even just sleeping wrong. But that doesn’t mean that your care plan “isn’t working.” It means your body is still stabilizing and rebuilding while we work toward healing the root cause.
