Sunrise yoga is a great way to start your day! And the view from the studio can't be beat. 🌅

Sunrise yoga yesterday…

There are obvious advantages to practicing in the morning:
•The sunrise view!
•Your practice is done and your evening is free
•More energy throughout the day
•You begin the day centered and with intention
…and more.

But the best thing is the collective energy and support of the yogis in the room. Breathing and moving together is cathartic. Knowing you are in this (whatever this is) with someone else is valuable.

I appreciate my solitude at times, of course. But, I have come to learn…we need one another, people.

We gain strength from connection with friends and like-minded people.

I’m grateful for my circle.
