The Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of a variety of massage techniques—including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation methods—to support patient care, pain management, and overall wellness. This role requires excellent patient service skills, a caring demeanor, and the ability to assess and adapt treatments to meet individual patient needs. Experience in a chiropractic or medical setting is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue, trigger point, and other therapeutic techniques.
Apply strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address musculoskeletal concerns and pain management.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretching, and wellness strategies.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and professional patient experience.
Stay current with continuing education, industry trends, and best practices in massage therapy.
Requirements

Valid state license in massage therapy.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other pain management techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Previous experience in a chiropractic office, medical spa, or wellness clinic is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if needed.
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to patient care.
