I offer workplace presentations and workshops - on meditation, breathing, wellness, fitness, stretching, office yoga, and techniques for increased health and productivity. I also offer my services for special events like bridal showers, spa days, and group wellness events.

A few months ago I was talking with a 13 year old who wanted to understand where her anxiety came from. From that conversation, I had an idea for a teen mindfulness group. Yesterday, we completed the 3 part group and it was a great success! We worked on real life strategies for managing stress. Through a hike, yoga, art, and journaling, teens experienced real success with understanding anxiety and how to get it under control. Here's what one teen said about the group: "I liked being able to take the time to think about who I really am, and what is relaxing to me. I loved being in nature, and learning new breathing strategies". Special thanks to Melissa Feldman for her awesome yoga leadership. And thanks to the cutest dogs at PAL for accompanying us!
