4:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Voice of the Earth Sound Bath, with Aliisa Woods and Benjamin Mambou, will include tapping, guided meditation, a sound bath, and a mini concert.

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Welcoming the New Year with an Open Heart, New Year's Day retreat, Joya Blondel, Kelly Burnham, Terry de la Vega - The some time for yourself on the firstly of the new year. Opening circle and breath practice to open the heart. Create collage to reflect your heart's desire for 2026. Yoga Nidra guided meditation for deep relaxation, body, mind, and soul. Register by January 30.

Class will include a slow flow to open and warm up from the inside out, deep stretches to calm the nervous system, ending with 45 minutes of yoga nidra; a guided deep rest-based meditation to release all that doesn't serve, to heal the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga nidra is known to rewire the brain to embody our intentions and desired state of being.
This special, 90 minute class will be offered on the first Friday of each month. beginning in February, $20 drop-in fee.
