Thanksgiving can be a hard time for those who are grieving. A seat may be empty, or traditions may look different this year. It’s okay to feel sadness, anger, and even moments of joy.

Be gentle with yourself and others. Remember that it’s okay to say no, to start new traditions, or to simply take the day one moment at a time.
