Starting in November, we’ll be offering a Grief Support Group in Potsdam. This group is open to adults grieving any type of loss that happened at least three months ago. Come connect with others and find support as you navigate life after loss around the holidays.

Thank you to our staff and volunteers who helped get our Annual Appeal letters ready to mail!

This fundraiser helps us keep guiding people through palliative care, end of life, and grief here in St. Lawrence County.

All gifts to Hospice count toward joining our Dr. Sandra McCloy Giving Society. This group honors people who have donated to Hospice for 10 or more years in a row, no matter how or when they give.

We’re so thankful for our staff, volunteers, and kind community members who help us care for our friends and neighbors with compassion.
