A memorial service for Durek Rubertone will be held at the Potsdam Church of the Nazarene at 3pm on Wednesday March 22, 2023. It will be followed by a meal. The address is 11 NY-72, Potsdam, NY 13676. If anyone would like to bring a dish to pass it is welcomed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the nature of death and details are not to be discussed at the service or meal. This is to protect our children as they are too young for these details.

Going to the gym is good for your health and fitness! Put simply, during exercise we increase our cardiovascular fitness through strengthening our heart and lungs and we increase our strength through creating lean muscle.
