Our Sales rep AmyLikens, CLT, had volunteered to see a patient of mine in central PA. He is a 470 pound patient of mine who needed a second opinion on treatment. When Amy got there to look at his legs, she noticed that his arm was a weird shade of red, and larger than the other arm. ( It did not look that way to me when I was there last week ) The patient said that it had just started this weekend after I left. Amy realized that he had Cellulitis. She convinced him to call 911 and he was taken to the hospital for treatment. This guy did not know he had an infection, and I think he probably would have ignored it until it would have killed him.

So kudos to Amy for saving this guy's life.

Job well done.
