My FIT-GUT Method helps women take their life back from IBS ⬇️

Picture this: you just got invited to Friendsgiving. 🦃

A group of your friends will be there and there will be lots of delicious foods; charcuterie boards, chips and dips, stuffing, sweet potatoes, turkey, and don’t forget the multiple pies and ice cream…🥧

You want to go but you know you won’t be able to eat much there. You either have to bring your own “special” foods or sit back, hungry, watching your friends enjoy the party.

When a friend offers you some of the charcuterie board, you laugh and say “oh no, I can’t eat that, I’ll s**t my pants” which is funny but it’s actually true. ☠️

I developed The FIT-GUT Method because this person was me.

The two most common things I hear and experienced myself were:

1️⃣ “I want to understand why this happens to me”

2️⃣ “I want to be back to normal”

With The FIT-GUT Method, you will learn the “whys” of gut health and your symptoms,

You will receive custom nutrition, strategic supplement recommendations, exercise and lifestyle protocols,

But most of all, you receive a coach whose job is to support you 100% of the journey and learn how to take your life back from IBS!

Not a “diagnose-and-go” experience where you’re left confused and disappointed, without answers or help.

If any of this resonates with you, or you’re curious to learn more, DM me “FIT GUT”

Is IBS keeping you from living your life? 💩

A few years ago I never would have imagined going out to do anything fun again, forget traveling internationally.

Even after healing my SIBO and other gut infections, I still had IBS symptoms while on my trip to Iceland.

Between the different time zone, the food, dehydration, different sleep schedule (or lack thereof) and a total switch up of my life, my gut was not very happy.

So what did I do to continue to enjoy my trip?

1️⃣ I wasn’t afraid to take Pepto

2️⃣ Had activated charcoal caps on deck just in case of food poisoning

3️⃣ Tried my best to stay hydrated

4️⃣ Optimize my sleep the best I could by using a sleep mask, and taking magnesium and melatonin before bed 🛌

3 years ago I couldn’t imagine leaving the house with IBS, now I know how to tackle the symptoms.

If your digestive issues are getting in the way of living your best life, my new program The FIT-GUT Method is for you 💛

All i want in life is to be able to digest food 😝

Prior to having digestive issues, I was sucked into diet culture.

I remember believing that certain foods were absolutely 💯 “healthier” because I saw other “healthy” people eating them.

I didn’t really love them but I ate them anyway because I thought that’s what I had to do because it was “healthy”

Then when I was hit with a long list of digestive issues, I couldn’t eat anything without repercussions.

Once I was healing and able to eat a more diverse range of foods, I woke up from dieting culture.

I had spent years physically not able to eat and digest foods, so I was going to enjoy every food I possible could.

People (including me) often take their health and digestion for advantage.

Now, I eat mindfully, know there are no “good” or “bad” foods, and I enjoy a broad range of foods.

Freeing up space in my brain to focus on important things in my life, without obsessing over food, was life changing.

Have you ever cried because you can’t digest your favorite foods?

I have.

When dealing with IBS and other gut issues, cutting out gluten, dairy, and FODMAPs are almost always part of the “treatment”

Where most people go wrong is not reintroducing these foods.

Hold up… why would you reintroduce something that you know causes digestive upset?

🛎️ DING 🛎️

Once you get to the root cause, whether that be SIBO, general dysbiosis, infections, food poisoning, etc, you will be able to reintroduce the foods that once caused pain and misery.

Life is too short not to get to the root cause and TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK!

You can take your life back from gut issues!

I’m here to tell you, IBS IS NOT A REAL DIAGNOSIS 😵‍💫🚩

It’s a catch-all name for a group of symptoms that doctors don’t fully understand nor test to find the root cause.

What if you could eat your favorite foods again?

Get off the restrictive diets,

Eat dairy AND gluten,

Begin to heal your relationship with food,

And never worry about running to the bathroom while out with your friends and family?

This is entirely possible!

Comment “curious” if you want to learn more about my approach to gut health 💗

I get it, being told you have IBS, and you’re gonna have to just live with it, really SUCKS. 👎

One doctor says do more cardio, another says take a random probiotic.

Then you hop on social media and see a bunch of influencers say “drink these greens, they cured my bloat!”

You don’t know where to start, who to believe because it’s not like you planned for this.

You’ve probably never heard of a FODMAP before now.

I can tell you this- you don’t have to “just live with it” and the longer you put off your symptoms, the worse they can get.

You CAN get to the bottom of your symptoms and begin to heal.

If this speaks to you, shoot me a DM and we’ll chat 1:1 with personalized advice! 🔆

I used to be conflicted about eating “healthified,” “diet” foods.

But diet culture doesn’t own any food in particular.

Eating Banza mac and cheese in place of a box mac like Kraft or Annie’s isn’t always diet culture.

It can be.

But you know how to distinguish that?

Are you eating a “healthified” version of something because you actually like it, or because you feel like you HAVE to eat that version.

You feel guilty, shame, bad.

That’s diet culture.

I made Banza mac because I like the taste of it and I like that it’s higher in protein that other boxed macs.

I’m not forcing myself to eat it or pretend that I enjoy it for the sake of “looking healthy”

What’s a food you used to avoid but now enjoy? Let me know in the comments! 🧀
