Kelvin Kiptum, the Marathon World Record holder (2:00:35) passed away today in a car crash in Kenya. Imagine running on the treadmill at 13.0mph for two straight hours. He was truly a marvel on the road.

Marathon world-record holder Kelvin Kiptum died in a car crash in Kenya late Sunday, a fellow athlete who went to the hospital and saw the body said. He was 24.

TOMORROW IS the 4th Annual Marlboro Fit Day & 5K!!! ALL classes are FREE FREE FREE!!!! You can sign up for the 5K online until midnight tonight for only $20. Race Day registration for the 5K starts tomorrow morning at 7:30am. Fitness classes start at 11:00am and Kids games start at 1:30pm so be sure to bring the whole family.
