Today is the beginning of my 39th year in practice.
Thank you to all those who put your trust in me and allowed me the opportunity to help. People ask when am I going to slow down or retire. I look at them and ask why. God blessed me with good heath and a great profession. I love what I do. My practice approach has and always will be based on what best for my patients. There is no greater feeling when person thank you for your help whether its through treatment, or a referral if their condition would be better addressed by another specialty.
I pray God continues blessing me with the energy, strength, good health and opportunities to continue this wonderful road for many years to come.

Hi everyone, I hope the New Year started off great for all of you. This morning on the news I saw that January 12th is Quitters Day. This is when most people give up on their resolutions. Exercising and eating healthier stops for most. Don't be part of that stat. Keep going. You'll feel better physically and emotionally. Take it slow and steady. You won't regret it. Happy and Healthy New Year.

Hi everyone, As we get closer to the holidays, things start moving faster and we rush to get things done. Just a reminder to slow down and think about what and how you are lifting. A few extra seconds can prevent a few weeks of pain.

Today marks my 35th year in practice. It takes a lot of people in your life to make this possible. I want to thank all of you; family friends, staff both past and present. I especially want to thank all the patients over the years who trusted me and allowed me to help them with their health care needs.
I've been truly blessed.
I am looking forward to continuing my service to the community hopefully for many years to come.
