At Mancarella Chiropractic we are focused on the overall care of our clients, working with them to determine the cause of their condition and how best to care for and prevent future issues. We look at each clients daily routine and practices to create a plan of custom care for their needs. Mancarella Chiropractic is conveniently located in the heart of the City of Poughkeepsie. The office has convenient hours including early morning hours and late evening hours to accommodate most work and family schedules. Most people are seen within a 24 hour period. Exercising and eating healthier stops for most. Don't be part of that stat. Keep going. You'll feel better physically and emotionally. Take it slow and steady. You won't regret it. Today marks my 35th year in practice. It takes a lot of people in your life to make this possible. I want to thank all of you; family friends, staff both past and present. I especially want to thank all the patients over the years who trusted me and allowed me to help them with their health care needs.
I've been truly blessed.
I am looking forward to continuing my service to the community hopefully for many years to come.

Wishing you all a very Happy Healthy and Blessed New Year.
Next week I begin my 34th year in practice. I've been blessed over these years with many wonderful people coming through my doors. I've been allowed to be a part of many families over the years. I am treating adult patients who were at one time the little kids that crawled around my treatment rooms jumping on and off the tables when they came in with their parents. God willing, I will be able to enjoy many more years of the blessing he gave me hoping to make the lives of those who seek my help a little better
