Training while sick is a No No. Never mind the poor Gym Etiquette of spreading a virus and getting others sick. You are doing yourself a disservice! If you train sick, you will stay sick longer and not recover well from your workout, because your body is now working double time trying to fight the virus and recover from a workout.
