In-network guys and gals get paid only on what the insurance companies cover - meaning, you may not always get best care or coverage without having to jump through a lot of red-tape.
Out-of-network providers have a little more flexibility, but the costs usually are a little higher.

When you have insurance companies gate-keeping your health care, what a provider can do for you can become limited.
Not so in our practice. We treat you as you'd like to be treated and don't gouge you on pricing - meaning, our care is affordable.

There are many methods you can use to take care of your lower extremities. Whether it is post-exercise recovery, or something you add to an already-existing routine, what exactly does compression therapy offer the body?

From the list, you can see that it does probably a LOT more than you thought!
So, if you are considering picking up a pair, the cost has never been lower! Sure, they take up a little room, but if you're diligent with them and use them often - they are worth their weight in old. Or, at least the weight of your legs :)

You have high deductibles, varying co-payments and every year, it seems to go up and up.

At our chiropractic office, we treat you like a real person - not a policy number in a piece of plastic. At our office, you get the time needed and care rendered because you matter, Dr. Erik wants you to feel and function at your best, and healthcare shouldn't get in the way of that.

It's that time of year where people are thinking about the warmer weather and more revealing clothing. Swimwear, board shorts. Tank tops, etc.

If you are someone who is currently exercising at a pretty good level, but are not quite looking the way you want, it is possible that the problem lies not with the weight you're lifting and the miles you run, but the food you're putting in your body.

Too much, too little, or the wrong combination of meal-timing and fats/carbs/protein can have astonishing effects on the way you look.

If we all know what to do with our bodies, then why do we have pain?

Because we're human.

We're busy. We are distracted. We have a lot on the go. Sometimes, things fall trough the cracks. Things get left behind and pain can sometimes creep in. We take OTC meds, or rest, maybe use ice or heat.

But if the potential injury is larger than those remedies, the pain can ramp up and become debilitating.

At our office, we help keep you on top of things when it comes to your health and wellbeing. We are essentially a mirror that we hold up to let you know what's going, how you're doing and what you need to do next, in order to keep your body feeling and functioning at it's best.

By being consistent with nutrition, hydration, sleep and exercise, you increase your long-term health probability and will begin to' sage', rather than age.
