Meet the Team

Diane is a licensed Massage Therapist and 2021 graduate of Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in Tacoma WA. Diane has been trained in treating conditions such as Bursitis, Carpal Tunnel, Compartment Syndrome, Disk Disease, Frozen Shoulder, Headache/Migraine, IT Band Contracture, Joint Dysfunction, Patellofemoral Syndrome, Periostitis, Piriformis Syndrome, Postural Dysfunctions, Sciatica, SI Joint Dysfunction, Strains/Sprains, Tendonitis, TMJD, Torticollis, TOS, Whiplash.

Outside of her work as a massage therapist, Diane has a passion for animals. Just a few years ago she was an animal trainer for the Navy Marine Mammal Program. She has quite a wealth of knowledge on exotic animal training. Diane is also a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Madison with a BA in Zoology and Psychology.

You will find that this mother-of-two has a place in her heart for pregnant women and women who are going through post-partum depression. Many parents and caregivers find themselves stuck in that perfect awkward position where baby is happy to sleep. Later they find spending hours in a fixed position can lead to neck, shoulder, or back pain. Diane can loosen the muscles and even help you recover your range of motion. She is also trained in prenatal massage and is happy to lend an ear during any treatment which can often lead to a personalized and more effective massage.

Dr. McCrea, originally from the outskirts of New York City, grew up active and outdoorsy, with a deep appreciation for chiropractic care inspired by her grandfather, who practiced for 69 years in New York. Her passion for chiropractic is rooted in this family legacy and her commitment to helping others improve their quality of life. Dr. McCrea is known for her attentive approach, taking the time to listen carefully to her patients and provide treatments tailored to their individual needs. She develops personalized care plans designed to empower her patients and help them achieve their health goals.

Outside the office, Dr. McCrea enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their Siberian Husky, Everest. Together, they love exploring the outdoors through camping, hiking, and paddleboarding. Dr. McCrea also has a passion for cooking with new ingredients, practicing yoga, running, and weight training, bringing the same energy, care, and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her practice.

Rebekah was born and raised in Kitsap County and attended Alexander’s School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, graduating in 2023. She specializes in injury treatment, with a strong passion for pain management and improving overall quality of life for her patients. Rebekah takes a client centered, intuitive approach to care, focusing on helping people feel safer, stronger, and more at home in their bodies.

Outside of the treatment room, Rebekah can usually be found reading, creating art, and spending quality time with her partner, pets, friends, and family. She values creativity, connection, and balance both in her personal life and in her work.
