We’re excited to participate in this Medal Monday with all the runners out there ! The Lumberjack 50M/100K/100M has been on our list for a while, and we’re so happy we decided to sign up and run the 50 miler this year!!

Big congratulations to all the runners that toed the start line.

What a great, sunny ☀️☀️ and tough day it was (swipe to last picture to see thoughts on going up Tessas for the final time, I’ll forgive you one day Tessas).

We had a blast out on the course and chatting with familiar and new faces.

Thank you to all the volunteers, organizers and everyone else inbetween that put on such a fantastic event!! The effort and care put into this event really shows, we are so happy we had the chance to experience it.

Happy medal 🥇 Monday to all the runners at the NOD Marathon this weekend!

We loved meeting a bunch of you runners on Saturday and hearing your stories! Hope everyone crushed on both Saturday and Sunday!

Anyone running the NOD marathon in Port Angeles this week that needs FREE kinesio taping stop by and see us at the expo on Saturday!

We’ll be there from 11am-5pm right next to shirt pick up!

Located at the Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles Harbor — right outside the finish line.

Excited to see all the runners out there on Saturday and thanks to NOD Marathon for letting us be a part of the expo.

What an event! We had a blast running and volunteering at Dirty Turtle 25K/50K!

Congratulations to the runners and ruckers, who had a tough course, not only during the climb to turtle rock 🐢 🪨 (slide 3) , but also some rain mixed in 🌧️. Seeing everyone stick it out with a smile on their faces made it look easy 😏

This race is a true testament of what comes together when a community pours a lot of love and care into an event.

Thank you to the Race Director, Gretchen, for inviting us to be a sponsor in the event. Thank you to the other volunteers and runners for welcoming us - saw some familiar friends as well as met new ones! We’re grateful we got to be a small part of such a fun race.

First class will be June 10th at 6PM 🗓️

We are passionate about helping young running athletes get stronger. Our goal is to help them build confidence, have fun, decrease injury risk, improve bone density and improve overall running performance.

We’ll meet every athlete where they’re at, whether they are seasoned lifters or this is their first time performing resistance training.
