Nurturing Expressions is here to support and guide families through their nursing and pumping journeys and beyond.

We help you navigate and use your breast pump insurance benefit and provide breastfeeding, lactation, and pumping education. We offer a weekly clinical breastfeeding support group, as well as in-home, in-store, and virtual pumping and lactation consultations. We also host parent and caregiver social groups and classes. We even develop, deploy, and manage corporate lactation programs. Our four boutiques are filled with essentials for nursing and pumping parents, plus so much more! Through pregnancy and postpartum, mastectomy and beyond, we are here for you.

I don’t know what overstimulated, overwhelmed mama needs to hear this but...

they don’t need another gift. I promise. Your kids know they are loved. Your loved ones know they are loved. (And they’re probably just as stressed over gift giving as you are.) You don’t need to make gingerbread houses or fancy cookies or an elaborate meal.

You don’t have to go to that holiday thing. Even if you promised you would. Even if you bought expensive tickets months ago. You can stay home in your PJs and watch a movie and everyone will be fine. More than fine, actually. Because beneath this frantic gift getting and event attending and the Pinterest aspirations, we’re all craving the same simple things.

The darkness descends this time of year and our bodies crave rest. Our spirits seek the soft comfort of connection.
We are hardwired, as all beings are, to turn inward. To gather around the flickering lights and settle into the quiet moments beside those we love.

So- step away from the shopping cart. Nobody needs another scented candle or a sweater they won’t wear. Cancel the plans. Kick off your boots, sink into the couch, snuggle your little ones, and honor this season in a way that feels true to your heart.
