Our Story

Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximizing one’s health potential though individually formulated nutritional and lifestyle changes. At Revive and Nourish, our number one goal is to help you find your best health and happiness through functional, holistic nutrition, supplements and lifestyle modifications.

My name is Carly Michelson, and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner that specializes in using Lingual Neuro Testing and hands-on functional evaluations, allowing for a completely individualized approach to nutritional therapy.

I am passionate about this process because I, too, use nutritional therapy to put and keep my autoimmune disease symptoms in remission. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to become their own self advocate, in order to live a life of healing and full of energy so that they too can have a quality life with their families.

As a NTP, I am certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association, trained to evaluate a client’s nutritional needs, support normal function, and identify nutritional deficiencies. I work closely with my clients to make customized recommendations of dietary changes, lifestyle considerations, and nutritional supplementation based on client information, assessments, muscle testing, and lingual-neuro testing. And I work cohesively with your health care team that may include a naturopath, chiropractor, acupuncturist, primary care doctor and/or physical therapist.
