Hello, I am Leigh Thomas owner of Deep Awakening Massage Therapy & Bodywork. I have been a Massage Therapist since 2006. The first decade of my massage career I worked in a day spa in Concord, New Hampshire. In 2016 I moved to Vermont after meeting my husband and continued my career at a busy day spa in Rutland. In 2024 I decided it was time to move closer to home and opened Deep Awakening Massage Therapy & Bodywork in Downtown Poultney.
I specialize in neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue techniques, but I have an eclectic scope of practice including Swedish massage, relaxation, maternity, reiki and other modalities.
I tailor each massage session to you at that moment , whether you need focus at a particular area of tension, injury/surgery recovery or just need to relax.
