Procedure Spotlight 🏥✨

This case involved a Lefort 1 and Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy, a corrective jaw surgery performed to address midface skeletal hypoplasia.

In simple terms, this means the upper and lower jaws were carefully repositioned to improve facial balance, bite alignment, and overall function. These procedures help restore proper jaw relationships, which can improve chewing, speech, breathing and facial harmony.
