Working with clients can be a hustle, but I’ve found my best work happens after I’ve hit the 'reset' button at home. My rule: If my environment isn't relaxing, I change it until it is. Today’s tip: Find your version of 'being a cat bed.' Put the phone in another room, find the softest blanket you own, and give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for 20 minutes. Your productivity will thank you later!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for supporting my business and making my first few months absolutely incredible! Knot Magic finished the year with a 5-star rating on Class Pass and on Google! Thank you for writing those wonderful reviews! Our 90-minute session was officially named our top-rated session!
January has started out with a huge surge in bookings- we are already seeing a 104% increase in bookings compared to last month! Because I wanted to prioritize my direct clients, I am sending this update so you can reserve those time slots you want before that week fills up with Class pass. Try that most requested 90-minute session or add a Boost to your massage! Both will help give the best results for your body and help your body heal from that stress and tension. Quick Update from Knot Magic!

Happy New Year!

Thank you all for being one of my first customers in my first year in business and helping Knot Magic grow. I appreciate all of you and look forward to seeing you in 2026!

And Congratulations to the 3 Christmas Raffle winners!
New offerings include Silicone Cupping upgrade and the Massage Gun as a Boost.
Please ask to add a Boost before your session as they cannot be booked online. Some new essential oil scents are available as free aromatherapy options.
Our cancellation policy has changed to a12-hour notice and remember the card on file is to protect against no shows and is not charged until after your session. This contract has been updated.
There are also 2 more contracts that will be sent and require a signature. They are " Card on file authorization" and "Massage consent and Draping Policy".
I just figured out how to add them to forms being signed. I was wondering why you guys only got one contract lol. Sorry in advance for giving you more things to read, but it is crucial you understand all policies.

eGift cards are still available online, but if you don't want to attach an email to the card, I now offer physical plastic gift cards that you can load in store.
