FREE full day of training for professionals who work with people living with dementia and their care partners - or aspire to! Skills Clinics give families the chance to get the same hands-on training as professional caregivers. Each workshop focuses on specific, practical caregiving skills. This session is: Preventing Falls. NOTE: Attendance at this program is not recommended for persons with dementia.

On the unfortunate day of Brian’s motorcycle accident, the Boulder Creek Team rallied together to raise funds to assist with Brian’s recovery. We all felt the burden to make a difference, so we turned our compassion into action. This is what we celebrate here at Boulder Creek. We hope to inspire kindness to all who walk through doors. We are rooting for you, Brian!! Get well soon!
