Chrysalis is a residential treatment center for youth struggling with substance abuse located in Powell Wyoming.

We are looking for long term employees who exhibit a high level of integrity and have a desire to make a difference. Several shifts are available: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am. Chrysalis Treatment Center is looking to hire for our HR department. Looking for someone who will be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. This individual will also be supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Chrysalis Treatment Center is a community-based residential treatment center for substance abusing youth ranging in age from 13 to 17.

The primary goal of Chrysalis Treatment Center is to teach youth that they CAN live a drug-free life! Utilizing a variety of experiences, innovative therapies, coping skills, and building self-esteem, we are here to dispel the myth that “there is nothing to do but get high!”
