Our residents had a blast with some friendly competition, plenty of hole-in-ones, and just the right amount of playful trash talking. The ladies took the first round, the men claimed the second, and in the end… everyone walked away smiling. It’s all about laughter, connection, and having fun together.

Our Powell residents enjoyed a fun and creative time making Christmas ornaments with the help of Whitney from Shalom Hospice of Tennessee. From adorable snowmen and wreaths to festive candy canes, the afternoon was filled with smiles, creativity, and appreciation for the volunteers who make moments like this possible. The afternoon was all about simple fun and shared laughter as residents popped open Christmas crackers and discovered crowns, tiny surprises, and a few groan-worthy jokes. The smiles said it all — sometimes the smallest moments really do bring the most joy. Seeing everyone proudly wearing their Christmas crowns made the day feel extra festive. 👑✨

🎄❤️ A little holiday cheer goes a long way in Powell.

To say thank you to our incredible therapy team, our kitchen crew put together a homemade Petro’s bar — and it was a hit. From warm food to warm smiles, it was a simple way to show appreciation for the people who give so much to our residents every single day.
