May is in full bloom, and the calendar is showing off. 🌸🌷
From our Fabulous Flower Shower theme to a virtual trip to Paris for Morning Pointe in Motion, think cafés, culture, and a little stroll along the River Seine. 🇫🇷☕

Along the way, we’ll be celebrating the Kentucky Derby, Cinco de Mayo, and Mother’s Day, while also taking time to recognize Teacher Appreciation Week, Nurses Week, Receptionist Day, and Third Shift Workers Day, and honor Memorial Day.

We loved gathering together to recognize each of our residents and make their special days feel just that… special. There was laughter, good conversation, and of course, plenty of cake.

A big thank you to Gentiva Hospice Hospice for always helping make these celebrations a little sweeter. Your continued support means so much to our residents and team. 💜

It really is a small world. ❤️🌉
What started as a simple conversation turned into such a special connection between Dot and our Executive Director, Tia. Dot graduated from San Francisco State University in 1952… and 40 years later, Tia graduated from that very same program.

And it does not stop there. They are both 49ers fans and share a love for gardening, too. 🌿

You just never know what stories and connections are waiting to be uncovered. Moments like this are what make our community feel so special.

Our team headed to Morning Pointe of Hardin Valley for a bean bag baseball matchup that came down to the wire. It was a close game all the way through, ending in a tie and a rock-paper-scissors tiebreaker.

Hardin Valley took the win this time, but we’re already ready for the next round. 👏
