Every day, I’m deeply grateful for the work I get to do — helping those who live with chronic pain and dysfunction find hope, relief, and renewed connection to their bodies. Pain relief should not be a guessing game

Many people with EDS and hypermobility cannot tolerate traditional bodywork. Deep pressure applied in a Standard massage can injure them. Light touch often does nothing and can lead to muscular and nerve irritation. This population needs a different clinical approach.
Our study focuses on:
Tissue-safe manual therapy
Neurological sensitivity considerations
Joint stability and positional safety
Nervous system regulation
Functional improvement measures
This is not experimental touch.
This is structured care designed to protect vulnerable tissues and improve function.
If research does not include this community, care will not advance for them.
We intend to change that.
