Every day, I’m deeply grateful for the work I get to do — helping those who live with chronic pain and dysfunction find hope, relief, and renewed connection to their bodies. There’s something profoundly fulfilling about watching someone move with greater ease or finally feel understood after years of searching for answers.
My practice, rooted in research and adaptive therapeutic skills, continues to teach me that healing is never one-size-fits-all — it’s a shared journey of listening, learning, and adjusting with compassion. To be part of that process, and to see lives change because of it, fills me with indescribable joy.

Pain relief should not be a guessing game

Many people with EDS and hypermobility cannot tolerate traditional bodywork. Deep pressure applied in a Standard massage can injure them. Light touch often does nothing and can lead to muscular and nerve irritation. This population needs a different clinical approach.
Our study focuses on:
Tissue-safe manual therapy
Neurological sensitivity considerations
Joint stability and positional safety
Nervous system regulation
Functional improvement measures
This is not experimental touch.
This is structured care designed to protect vulnerable tissues and improve function.
If research does not include this community, care will not advance for them.
We intend to change that.

Research Launch Announcement

Rewriting chronic pain care for hypermobility and EDS patients

The current medical model fails far too many people with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, Chiari-related pain, and connective-tissue fragility. When answers are missing, research must rise.
We are launching our 5th and final clinical research project to develop and validate a safe, effective, non-narcotic manual therapy protocol designed specifically for hypermobility and neurologically sensitive patients.
This study is patient-centered, evidence-driven, and built for a community that has been dismissed for far too long.
