Currently offering pop up yoga and boot camp classes in a variety of settings at this time and special events. We are two life long friends and moms.

Check here for the most up to date info about where you can join us next! We have both practiced yoga for years; fun fact, we actually met as gymnasts in high school! The COVID-19 pandemic took us both out of our respective careers at various times and we realized we both had a similar dream to become yoga instructors and change our career paths to better support our families! Partnering with Wholeistic healing and wellness center; We have been given the opportunity to bring our dreams to reality bringing yoga to the Village of Poynette, WI! Jamie has a full time job, as well as a husband and son. She is a certified personal trainer and working on YOGAFIT- yoga certification at this time. Jamie can be booked for a private consultation to help meet your health and fitness goals! Kelly is an Army veteran and mother of three boys! She has a background in EMS and in clinical Dental Hygiene; She recently completed YTT-200 from a course that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Together we are SOLSISTERS! We can’t wait to share our journey with you!

I’m leading the kids grinch yoga to benefit shelter from the storm animal rescue next week sat (dec 13) and the best part is all the puppies they will have are adoptable to take home from the event 💕🙌🏻🐶

This one's for the kids! Wear your favorite festive or Grinchy green attire! We'll stretch, giggle, and maybe even learn a grumpy grin or two! It's the perfect way to unwind and snuggle with some sweet little pups who are hoping to find their own loving family this holiday season.
