I come to yall humbly in asking for help. The "Creek" of "GilCreek" had a fall at work 2 weeks ago and while at ER scanning for injuries, they found a mass on his colon. Scott, my hunny, my love, main provider for our home, father to children and fur babies needs to get in to see a doctor immediately. Scott is 56 with family history of colon cancer, uninsured (as we all are) and we are trying to raise funds to get an emergency colonoscopy and scan for cancer. I also have one regular size (pictured below) of vanilla bean/pumpkin pie swirl available.

As always, these can be topped.

Caramel will be an additional couple of bucks.

I'm not saying this is an official drop (because it isn't) - but I am considering supplying fresh made (mostly* from our organic, living soil garden and some other phenomenal sources ) red sauce later this year *potentially*.

Slow cooked

• Tomato, absurd amount of garlic (which we grow several types of now) and onions, bell pepper, basil and the usual suspects of seasonings (like our beautiful oregano and thyme we've been growing) EVOO. I could do it at this mild easy to navigate consistency (especially for my sensory friends, like myself) or let it be a tad chunkier.

This is a staple in our home personally and thought I'd throw it out to see if I had interest. It would be shelf stable and available to ship as well.

Pumpkin and Vanilla Bean based cakes will both be available later this week. -- If you're interested in a specific flavor profile that I haven't mentioned here, drop it in the comments below! - I am considering bringing back our Lemonade cakes for the fall, despite being not 'seasonal'.
