Today, the Jasper Board of Supervisors approved funding the following organizations and programs with Jasper County Opioid Settlement Funds:

Capstone Behavioral Healthcare for justice-involved substance treatment. Awarded $70,000

Clearview Recovery, Inc. for Jasper County residents with no insurance coverage for substance treatment programs for women in Prairie City. Awarded $82,000

Colfax-Mingo CSD for substance prevention program in the school.
Awarded: $32,000

SheepGate, a division of Adult and Teen Challenge of the Midlands, plans to expand substance treatment with a new building.
Awarded: $100,000

The total amount awarded was $284,000.
