Sidelying massage isn’t just for pregnant women!
Claire wanted to practice some techniques on me this afternoon and I thoroughly enjoyed this variation.
I can see it being very comfortable for this who get stuffy in the facedown position, who have serious low back issues, vertigo, respiratory issues like COPD, or have experienced trauma and feel too vulnerable being face down.
Not to mention there are some excellent stretches only achievable through sidelying.
