As I wrap up this week, I wanted to give another shoutout to all of my clients who donated this month! I’ll be splitting up all of the food into individually bagged shelf sustainable meals tomorrow and taking it to our local food pantry ❤️🧡💛

The Turkey Dinner will serve 2 and the Chessy Chicken and Rice Soup serves 4-6. Each bag will have the recipe printed as well ☺️

I truly hope that each meal blesses someone in need and helps at least a little bit.

Always learning!! I’m extremely excited to share that in the spring I plan to upgrade my license to Master Massage Therapist. This is something that I’ve worked hard for over the past 18 months. Each time I take another class, I gain more tools to use with my clients 💆🏼

What class should I take next? I’m definitely interested in Intraoral Massage for those with TMJ.

As we approach Thanksgiving, I would like to take moment and give a sincere thank you to everyone who has supported my business this year! The Balanced Body wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for all of you 🤗

Next week the office will be closed, and we are now taking appointments for December.
