Residents enjoyed a wonderful day at the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, and lunch at the cafe. The featured exhibit, Linda Lighton: Love & War, A Fifty-Year Survey, 1975-2025, was incredible!

“Farewell Beneath the Stars” was a bittersweet send‑off—filled with dancing and laughter—for the Rockhurst High School, Senior Service Project volunteers who spent the month of January with Claridge Court. The students shared their life stories, hobbies, and talents with our residents. We are grateful for the time the Rockhurst students spent with us and look forward to welcoming another Senior Service Project group in the future!

Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have worn the uniform and stood in defense of our freedom. Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication remind us every day of what true service looks like.

To all veterans — thank you for your strength, your selflessness, and the countless moments you gave up so that we can live in peace. We are forever grateful.

We were able to honor the veterans of Claridge Court with a special performance by a local elementary school. They gifted each veteran with a handmade beaded flag.
