My Healy finally arrived yesterday! When I opened the package, I almost cried with excitement. You know how you wait and wait for something... and then when it happens you feel like it's your birthday? Yep. That's how I felt!!!
I ran my Relax program last night, and I actually fell asleep without taking my sleep meds! Yay!!! Admittedly, I only got 5 hours of quality sleep. I am starting a journal and I can't wait to see my progress!
