Candy and homemade soup
Chilly walks and hot coco
A pizza night and foot detox
A little tylenol and home made ginger tea

Keep on keeping on with your journey it doesn't have to be perfect. && if your stressing out about a little pizza that's worse on your body than those carbs.
Give yourself grace.

I'm laughing because spirit is just so good- so I rarely listen to Mel's podcast because I use that time to unwind with silly ones. I felt called to listen today and if your a regular client of mine your really going to be blown away. Listening to this episode (linked below) Mel could have been a fly on the wall in my sessions with clients the past month. It's really amazing when spirit shows you look here's proof that what we're telling you is spot on. Mel does her research and really utilized her resources on this episode. And I've been saying all this for a month.

Newest new moon energy on the way tomorrow, with eclipse season ending... what's next?

An internal revolution!
It's flowing,glowing,radical, and fierce. It's not just letting things go but rather chucking them out the window on the front lawn while laughing and howling at the prospect of freedom!
It's a hard no or f*ck yes!
It's that's not for me anymore energy! It's holy moley guacamole I look good and ima show up and show out on that!
It's seeing your worth and finally wearing it out on the town.
It's upgrades, security and financial stability.
All that growth is showing up, it's a time of raising your hands together in praise over your devotion to self and honoring that hard work.
The catch is there's some uncomfortable feelings along this path, because it's new territory. The protector within you will be leary. Keep building the trust within your body. Keep checking inward. Keep following that intuition.
Enjoy the harmony while libra season makes her final bow and buckle up for Scorpio season.

Wierd dreams- pushing you to feel into the energy of change.

Headaches- upgrades coming in, keep hydrated.

Dull skin- will glow soon while things shift within it will start to reflect outward.

Slow Digestion- Detox

High and low energy- stretch before bed, eat with the season, bone broth.

Dancing with the fire is so much more beautiful knowing what it felt like dancing in the fire.

It takes time, some days an ember stings my skin.
Still I trust it won't burn everything down.

Trust in your body, mind and soul that you have everything it takes in this world to master the dance.
