Considering the utilization of "help me lose weight" peptides? There is a substantial amount of information emerging about them daily, making it challenging to stay informed. While there are numerous benefits associated with weight loss, I firmly believe that gradual weight loss is essential. It is unrealistic to expect to lose 100 pounds in six months, as it likely took longer to gain that weight. I've heard of individuals microdosing and believe that listening to your body and managing potential side effects is crucial. Our bodies require fat to function optimally, and it's also essential to maintain or increase muscle mass while losing weight. Adequate hydration is the most critical aspect of weight loss, as dehydration can lead to exhaustion. If you're using peptides and not feeling optimal, consider our customized IV formulas designed to address specific needs, rather than generic solutions.

This week, we've had the privilege of welcoming two new patients to our Hyperbarics program, each with their own unique story of resilience. One patient, who's been impacted by radiation damage, took proactive steps with his wife to research alternative healing options, and they discovered the potential of Hyperbarics to transform his life. Another patient, who's preparing for foot surgery, was recommended by her doctor to undergo Hyperbarics prior to the operation to enhance her post-surgery recovery. What's remarkable is that she's also living with Parkinson's, and despite the initial challenges of getting her settled into the chamber, she's shown incredible determination. After just her second session, we noticed a significant improvement in her mobility, and it's clear that she's on the path to healing. It's a powerful reminder that innovation and an open mind can lead to life-changing breakthroughs, and we're honored to be a part of their journey towards improved health and well-being.

Why Preparation Before Biopsy or Surgery Might Matter More Than We Think

I’m sharing the following because I suspect that an unprepared surgery without proper post-op support in 2020 may have contributed to my current metastatic disease. Back then, I didn’t have the knowledge I have today. I just want to raise awareness so that others may reduce their risk.

In How to Starve Cancer, Jane McLelland encourages readers to take special care before and after biopsies or surgery. She doesn’t say we should avoid them – but she explains how these procedures can, in some cases, temporarily increase the risk of tumor cell spread if the body is not well supported.

Why?
Biopsies or operations may:
– mechanically release tumor cells into the bloodstream
– trigger inflammatory responses that promote tumor progression
– suppress immune cells like NK cells, which normally destroy stray cancer cells
– raise VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), which can help tumors grow new vessels
– temporarily affect blood clotting, allowing circulating tumor cells (CTCs) to form “cloaked” clots and stick to distant sites

That’s why Jane recommends specific supplements or off-label drugs to reduce these risks – and why timing and preparation matter. It’s not about fear – it’s about being proactive.

Scientific note:
A study in Nature Reviews Clinical Oncology (2021) highlighted that surgical stress can reduce immune surveillance and promote metastasis. Other research (Cancer Cell, 2009; J Clin Invest, 2008) has shown that CTC levels can increase after surgery in some patients.

I found Jane’s book eye-opening – and reassuring regarding this matter, because there are steps we can take to protect ourselves.
