❤️ A Message From Pratt Community Health Clinic ❤️
To our Pratt Community,
Over the past couple of years, this clinic has grown into something incredibly meaningful. What started as a commitment to provide accessible, compassionate care has evolved into long days, late nights, and countless hours spent behind the scenes navigating insurance requirements, documentation demands, phone calls, prior authorizations, and the ever-increasing administrative side of medicine — all while continuing to show up fully for each of you.
Healthcare has changed dramatically. The time required outside of direct patient care has grown just as much as the needs inside our exam rooms. And while we are deeply committed to serving this community well, we also recognize something important: in order to care for others sustainably, we must also protect the health and longevity of the providers serving you.
We believe strongly that burned-out providers do not deliver the kind of care our community deserves.
After much thought and prayer, we have made the intentional decision to modify our clinic hours to protect the quality, focus, and presence we bring to each patient encounter.
🕖 Beginning March 2nd, our new clinic hours will be:
Monday through Thursday
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
These morning hours will allow us to continue delivering thoughtful, thorough, relationship-based care — while also creating the necessary time to manage the extensive administrative responsibilities that modern medicine requires.
This change is about sustainability.
It is about protecting the heart of this clinic.
It may be temporary and it may be permanent.
It is about ensuring we can continue serving Pratt for years to come.
