We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Ciera Paymon, who has joined us as a Nurse Practitioner.

Ciera brings her extensive experience in pediatrics, along with a deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She will be working closely with our team to ensure continuity of care and to support the growing needs of our pediatric patients.

A bit about Ciera:

She received her Masters at Auburn University in Montgomery after having worked as a RN in the NICU at Baptist Hospital. She also worked as a school nurse at Pike Road Middle School.

After graduation Ciera worked several years at a local pediatric clinic which has enabled her to gain hands on experience taking care of new born babies to growing adolescents.

Please join us in giving Ciera a warm welcome to the office. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will make in our community.

Navigating baby formula? 🤔 Most are milk-based (cow's milk), a great choice for many full-term babies. Soy-based formulas offer a dairy-free option for various reasons, including lactose intolerance or excluding animal protein (though not for preemies!). Protein hydrolysate formulas are for those who can't tolerate milk or soy.

Remember, all US formulas meet FDA standards, so brand vs. generic isn't the key – iron-fortified is!
