WELCOME TO MY TEAM ✨✨✨
My word for this year is alignment and having Anna be the first to join my team on MONAT couldn’t ring more true to that wish.
I met Anna in 2022 when we did the Root Cause Protocol certification and we were in each other’s breakout group. She went on to build her own holistic health practice with an emphasis in German New Medicine, cell salt therapy and emotional freedom tapping! I mean if that doesn’t speak alignment I don’t know what does!! She is a wealth of knowledge and I am so excited for her to add MONAT to her toolbox when helping her clients with hair loss.
As I’ve mentioned before, there is always a root cause hidden beneath the surface of hair loss, shedding and thinning, and she painted a picture so clearly to me on the emotional stress that drives it.
I look forward to sharing her testimony regarding her use of MONAT (sneak peak she’s only been using three of the products for TWO WEEKS and has already seen a remarkable difference in her hair!) and sharing the fascinating knowledge of how “separation conflict” is a major root cause to hair loss.
She was born a SoCal girl but now resides in Florida, a mama of two boys, homeschools and runs her own business. She is a force to be reckoned with and sweet as pie!
Thank you Anna for choosing me to partner with. I couldn’t be more grateful or excited to say the least! Now LETS MAKE SOME MONEY and share the wealth of good hair, good vibes and good health.
With love, Judy

Happy LOVE day! 💘
Started the morning off with balloons, baskets and dresses.
Then headed to the beach to visit daddy at work.
As soon as we arrived Goldie tripped on her dress and scraped her knee up pretty badly. Nothing beats a sisterly love tho and Ruby didn’t disappoint. She came to her aide as she sat down beside her, offering comfort and a kiss. And of course needed a bandaid on her knee too to share the pain 😂🥹💗
We finished with some fruit in the tower and headed back home to decorate some cookies.
Hope your day was filled with love like ours, minus the booboo ❤️‍🩹
And remember, love IS all around. Just need to look for it. And see it in the small things. Be it the pet next to you, the smile from a stranger, or a wave from your neighbor. The more we look for it, the more it arrives.
From my heart to yours, 💌

Back in the day when I worked as a clinical nutritionist, I noticed a trend within the female demographic. We would run their bloodwork and would ask how long they’ve been feeling so tired! They would say so long I can’t remember the last time I felt any energy. We’d follow up with how about the brain fog. They’d say years. And their mood? Depressed and anxious for the last decade.

But none of those symptoms were the reason they FINALLY scheduled their Dr appt and ran bloodwork.
You wanna know what it was that finally gave them the nudge?
Hair loss. Hair thinning. Bald patches. Hair clogging up the drain after every shower. That was the final straw for them.
It might sound shallow how it takes something as vain as hair loss for us women to finally ask for some help with our overall health.
But our hair means something to us. On a deeper, emotional level that shakes us to the core and makes us feel like we are truly sick when we seeing it go down the drain.
I know I felt a shred of that after I had my first born. I heard of postpartum hairloss and knew it was inevitable, but I wasn’t prepared for how it was gonna knock my ego to the floor. A new mom already feels pretty lost and alone. And when the hair went down the drain so did the self esteem.
Enter in MONAT. I started with the thickening shampoo and conditioner and did the weekly oil treatments. I noticed a difference in hair loss immediately. Several weeks later I started to see new hair growth. Needless to say I was sold.
Fast forward four years later and now making it my mission to tell everyone about it.
There is undoubtedly a root cause to hair loss, which might be saved for another post, but in the meantime get yourself some new shampoo.
The results are clinically proven. No parabens or sulfates. And a 30 day money back guarantee if you decide you dont like it for whatever reason.
We have so many hair systems to choose from. Let me customize a cart for you.
Don’t wait. Let’s get your hair back! 💁🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️

let’s talk about CORN 🌽
It sure does get a bad rap, doesn’t it!!
Let’s not confuse the whole food, corn, with the processed version of it being high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) , vegetable oil or margarine.
Corn 🌽 is a whole food. Its nutritional profile consists of B vitamins and omega 6s.
Our body does not produce omega 6s, which means we have to get this fatty acid from food.
However, it is definitely not served as a primary vegetable in my house. We will serve it maybe once or twice a month. There are so many other veggies to choose from that have a denser nutritional profile. Healthier omega six veggies would be broccoli, brussel sprouts and spinach. Other omega six foods are olives, avocados, walnuts, peanut butter and flaxseeds.
When does corn become bad for you? When it is processed into an oil, know as a SEED OIL. Vegetable oil and HFCS literally damage your cells and cause metabolic disruption, inflammation, obesity and chronic disease.
You will find these ingredients in 90% of the shelves that line your grocery stores. Yes, even health food stores contain these ingredients.
You want to stay clear of this SEED OIL and sweetener (HFCS).
This is just a reminder that no matter wha the WHOLE FOOD is, even if it’s corn, is going to be far more healthier than anything processed.
Hope this helps clear the confusion 🙆🏼‍♀️

ANIMAL FAT is the only thing I will cook my food in.
I *used to* cook with olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil but then I learned how those oils are really meant to be eaten in RAW form.
Most people don’t use the right heat when cooking with oils, for one. This then makes way for carcinogens in your food and you don’t want that ☠️
And two, plant fats do not provide the same nutritional profile as animal fats.
Retinol A being a primary example.
Let’s just say your liver runs on Retinol A. And your liver performs over 700 functions in your body so why not lather your food in that nutrition?
Lastly, ask your grandma what her mom used to cook food in. I guarantee it wasn’t a plant oil.
Nine times out of ten they will say it was lard or butter.
Lastly, oils we see on the shelves today are not pure oils. They are a blend of oils and/or coated in chemical solvents like hexane.
What you will never see in my kitchen EVER, is vegetable oil, margarine, canola oil or soybean oil. Those are what we call SEED OILS.
Trust me. Throw those in the garbage right now!
They are the definition of inflammation.
The main point is to cook and eat like our great grandparents did. As they ate like our ancestors.
Did I mention how cooking with animal fats make your food taste better?
Make your grandmother proud and stick to butter and lard.

I cook from scratch 5/7 nights a week.
Sometimes 6.
If health is important to you, then this should be a non negotiable.
Big Ag and major food corporations are teamed with Big Pharm. It’s no secret. They want us sick and it starts with food.
There’s even a famous quote by Henry Kissinger stating that if you control the food you control the people.

The secret to beating them at their own game is this.
We don’t have the luxury for shortcuts anymore. Health starts with the ingredients in your food and the fats it’s cooked in.
If you’re too busy to do this then I’d recommend reprioritizing your to do list.
If you don’t know how, make it a priority to learn. Buy a cookbook. Watch YouTube or TikTok videos. Ask your mom or grandma for help.
So what’s on your menu tonight? What are you going to sacrifice this week in order to make this a priority?

MINERAL BATHS 🛁
Also know as medicine baths.
This can be used for children and adults. Dosages vary as do our personal needs. As always speak with your medical provider as this is not medical advice. Just sharing what I add to my girls’ bath time routine to ramp up their mineral intake.
Being that our soil no longer carries the same nutrient profiles that it once did, we have to take extra measures to supplement what is missing.
Adding minerals to baths or even just foot soaks, is one of the easiest ways to do so.
1. Magnesium flakes .minerals - magnesium chloride. This is the GOAT imo and is added every single time there is a bath running. Magnesium is responsible for over 3,700 enzymatic reactions that bind to proteins and hormones!! In other words it has a lock and key mechanism and we need adequate amounts in order for our proteins and hormones to perform efficiently.
Magnesium is easily depleted by stress, be it environmental or emotional, and is such an important mineral from head to toe 🛁
2. Epsom salts - Magnesium sulfate. This type of magnesium has some detox properties and I like to add to their bath if the air quality that day was horrible, if they swam in chlorinated water, or they are fighting a bug.
3. Baking soda - sodium bicarbonate. It helps neutralize pH balance, helps soothe a sunburn or skin irritation, among many other health benefits. I add maybe once a wk or more during times of illness or skin issue.
4. Borax - Boron is one of the most underrated minerals imo. It supports bone health by helping absorb magnesium and calcium, improves brain function, hormone balance, reduces inflammation as well as helps absorb vitamin D. Also great for candida or yeast. Very little goes a long way. I use maybe a teaspoon up to a tablespoon when needed.
And of course don’t forget the bubbles 🫧

I received some great advice recently and thought I’d pass it along.

✨Change is not happening “to you”
It’s happening “FOR you” ✨

Change is hard

Nobody likes it

It’s rare any of us accept it with open arms

Yet really it all comes down to perspective

The frequency of embracing change with curiosity and gratitude revs at a much higher vibration than the frequency of resentment or the “why me” mentality

This perspective helps with the concept that you’re in a perfect place at the perfect moment and it is aligning you with the higher version of what you’re working towards
Take it one day at a time
embrace everything that’s happening and be so thankful for it because it’s literally a gift to you

Believe that you’re gonna find how this was the next step to get you to where you needed to be.

And to stay present in the moment.

Just work with what you can in the moment, what your next step is, and what feels right to you FOLLOW THAT FEELING
Realize it’s a mirror of what you need to work on. It’s a reflection of what you subconsciously have been asking for!

We all know God has a plan but He never provides it the way we want it. He always provides it in a way where it was SO MUCH BETTER than we have could have hoped for.
the more you can be thankful for what what is happening, the more you can flow with it, the more things will align even quicker than you can imagine
And so while I was presented a few unexpected changes with tough conversations, I still focused on the gratitude of it all.
And it has helped tremendously

Hope it does the same for you.
