There’s the excitement of the semester, the exhilaration of being challenged, and the overwhelm of figuring out how to get it all done… and that doesn’t even include all the social-emotional stuff like leaving home, making new friends, or letting go of old relationships. Transition requires so much of us: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
