Yerba mansa is exceptional important plant. It is antiviral, antibacterial, anti inflammatory anti microbial; both internally and externally. It can be used in any form of herbal medicine. There are no known interactions with any western medicine.
The main characteristics of Yerba Mansa are:
-Kill the bug/virus/bacterial
-Decrease inflammation
- Move out waste
-Stimulat new cell growth

Do you want to learn about the plants growing by the river in Northern Arizona?
Perkinsville Bridge, outside Chino Valley, has one of the largest diversity of plants growing in the area. Take a scenic drive down into the beautiful Perkinsville area to the Verde River and discover the beauty it has to offer.
Plant walks will be approximately 1.5 miles long through mostly flat terrain along the riverside.
The plant walk is not on an established trail. It is along the riverside and surrounding areas, it could be rocky and unlevel in places. Proper footwear is recommended.

Directions from Chino Valley. Take Perkinsville roundabout 1st exit (towards Perkinsville). Follow until it turns to dirt. Follow the dirt road for approximately 23 miles until the stop sign. Turn left. Follow until you cross the bridge (approx. 1.5 miles) turn left immediately after the bridge into the designated parking area. The dirt road is well maintained, most times. If travel is a problem for you, ride shares can be arranged.
