Hi mamas!

Just a quick update: this Thursday’s (August 1) Mommy & Me Movement class is canceled for the first day of school so I can be there to pick up my little ones.

We’ll be back in action next Thursday, August 8 at 10:45am at The Wellness Collective…can’t wait to move with you and your babies again then!

Hi everyone!

Just a reminder that Mama & Me Movement classes are happening at the Wellness Collective - only $7 per family!

🗓 Tuesdays are for mamas with babies in carriers
🗓 Thursdays are open to all kids!

It’s been such a blast so far… a joyful, judgment-free way to move your body, get some steps in, and connect with other mamas. These classes are especially great if you’re postpartum or easing back into movement.

We mix:
• Dance
• Plyometric training (lighter on babywearing days)
• Strength training
• Nervous system regulation techniques

I’m a certified personal trainer, grief-informed and trauma-aware through my own journey as a child loss and DV survivor. This space is about more than fitness, it’s about community, healing, and caring for our minds, bodies, and spirits so we can show up as our best for our littles.
