Hi, I’m Katie Henley, a licensed therapist based in Tucson, Arizona. I’m passionate about helping individuals—both locally and virtually—navigate life’s challenges and discover meaningful growth and healing. My goal is to support you in building a life where you can cultivate healthy, fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself. I believe that healing happens in connection, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
I work with adults of all ages and take pride in creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive. My practice is welcoming to neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

I see psychotherapy as one method that can guide individuals towards a clearer and more nuanced sense of self, choice, and relationship to community and the world.

My approach is informed by psychodynamic, depth and relational psychologies. As a social worker, I will give attention to the ways early life and social structures shape who we are and how we become.
