We would like to introduced one of our team members and physical therapist
Chris Legler, PT, DPT.

Chris graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2009 with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He has worked as an Orthopedic PT since that time and has added specialized certifications in manual physical therapy from North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (NAIOMT) and dry needling from Integrative Dry Needling to his academic achievements. He has also taught, as an adjunct anatomy professor, at Yavapai College since 2013. He has had the privilege of calling the Prescott area his home since his parents moved him to Prescott Valley in 1989. He and his beautiful wife now raise their 4 kids and animals in Chino Valley. When not working, he enjoys hiking, biking, fishing and playing soccer with his kids.

Qualifications:
Licensed PTA in Arizona and at least 1 year experience preferred
•
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
•
Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
•
Our patient population is very diverse, seeing patients pre/post-operative, orthopedics, sports medicine, and geriatrics
•
Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient
•
Communicate and coordinate with patient's physicians to ensure a consistent level of care
•
Daily documentation in EMR
•
Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations
•
Evaluate and report on patients' progress
•
Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquires
•
Provide physical therapy treatment and, patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines
•
Maintain open and ongoing communication to ensure that patient, staff, and clinic needs are met
•
Help patients to regain control of their lives and their independence
•
Create an environment and a culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment
