🌟 Success Story Spotlight: Meet Freida! 🌟

When Freida came to Granite Creek in August, she was facing a new chapter in life as a recent amputee. She arrived wheelchair-bound, uncertain of what lay ahead — but determined to regain her independence.

Through hard work, dedication, and the incredible support of our therapy team, Freida has made amazing progress. She completed her therapy with us and now proudly walks with her new leg!

Freida’s journey is a powerful reminder of what resilience, hope, and the right support can achieve. 💪❤️

It’s been such a special experience working alongside Carol, our amazing Director of Nursing. She brings incredible expertise from a 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility and joined us with our outstanding Administrator, Dallin. Their leadership has truly elevated the level of care we provide!

We’re also proud to have Dr. Sciara and his dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners in the building four times a week, rounding and personally checking in on our patients to ensure they’re receiving the highest quality care.
