“How you do anything is how you do everything.”
The leader and CEO of Paramount Recovery Center is Bryan Hullihen. Born in Ohio, raised in Florida and sober in Arizona, Bryan’s passion in life is designing and implementing systems that serve humanity.
As someone who has a formal education in chemical dependency as well as over ten years of sobriety, Bryan’s forte is addictions treatment. From High Standards to Paramount, Bryan has a track record of creating effective programs that transform the human mind. His own personal ethos of “mastering the basics” is reflected in Paramount’s focus on the fundamentals of recovery: introspection, fellowship, fitness, and service. Bryan firmly believes that a person needs to act their way into better thinking and Paramount’s emphasis on the practical application of recovery based principles is evidence of this.
“How you do anything is how you do everything.” This quote encompasses Bryan’s approach to life and it permeates the culture at Paramount. At Paramount the standards are high because the CEO couldn’t fathom it being any other way. The instant gratification that comes with a dirty dish being left out or a morning meditation group missed is the addictive process playing out in real time, just scaled. Paramount’s clients are urged to see that true sobriety is not a destination but is instead a consistent process of choosing delayed gratification. Bryan derives much of the program’s schedule and expectations from his own life. He understands the tremendous value in focusing on the elements of life that we can control such as organization and time management. His ever-present solution orientation comes as a result of a tutelage under Dr. Jim Nugent as well as the plan of action outlined in the twelve steps.
If a company is ultimately a reflection of it’s owner then Paramount Recovery Center is as buttoned up as they come. Driven by ethics and integrity, Paramount prides itself on creating the conditions that allow the transformation process to unfold.
