Specialty office looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized individual to join our small team. We are looking to fill our front office/receptionist position with a well driven and multitasking member. The position will begin with paid training before a part/full time commitment is made. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting patients in office, answering phones and relaying EMR messages, processing faxes, preloading charts for consults and scheduling consults and procedures.
Initial position is part time, may be needed full time in July.

Requirements:
Experience with EMR
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with medical insurance preferred
Experience with Medical Authorizations preferred

In this position, you will work on your own regularly and must be able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE WITH MEDICAL INSURANCE
Experience with EMR
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Medical Authorizations preferred
Experience with Accounts Receivable preferred

Duties include but not limited to:
Insurance verification for all patients
Prior authorizations for consult, procedure, medication, etc
Front office duties (phones, scheduling, etc)
Contracting
Processing Accounts Receivable
