WHAT:
Join us for a Halloween-themed class that blends dance-inspired moves, H.I.I.T bursts, and a refreshing stretch to finish. Costumes are encouraged (but not required) — just make sure they’re safe and comfortable for movement.

The room will be heated to 95°, so be ready to sweat.

Fun, festive, and open to all levels!

Blindfolded yoga... Are you crazy?!
Yes, we’re crazy... Crazy about cultivating a deep practice of self-trust!

From start to finish, you’ll wear a blindfold (yes, even in balancing poses) to deepen your connection with your body and unlock your ability to control it. We’ll flow through a standard vinyasa sequence, nothing flashy or unfamiliar, except of course that you’ll be navigating this flow in the dark!

You think you know Warrior 1? Is tree pose a breeze? Imagine how it feels when you can’t see your surroundings. Can you sense which direction you’re facing, or where the edges of your mat are, or how close you are to your neighbor? Does time seem to stretch? Are you hearing the cues clearly? Where will your focus go? This is your chance to challenge yourself and dive deeper into your practice!

If you’re seeking a fun and transformative experience, join us for this unique class where you’ll learn to trust your instincts and discover your practice in a whole new light... Through the dark.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Barre Yoga is a form of Pilates that produces sleek, dense muscles and helps burn excess body fat through a series of challenging movements, some held for several minutes. It is sometimes described as a hybrid between yoga, dance, and traditional Pilates, and uses a wooden rail attached to the wall (ballet barre). Barre Yoga also focuses on strengthening core muscles and can significantly improve posture.

This class will help you discover quickly yielded results by imitating the cutting edge techniques of body weight based high intensity interval training. This class is organized into bursts of intense physical activity followed by short periods of deep stretching and recovery. All levels welcome.

The City of Prescott is performing some construction on Summit and Goodwin (those are the corner streets of Park Plaza & BEND). Construction will take place today & tomorrow, so please give yourself a few extra minutes to commute to the studio safely!

We hope you'll consider joining us this Monday morning for our Sun Salutation Celebration!

WHAT:
In yoga, moving through Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body and the mind through repetitive postures. Sun Salutations can be a particularly meaningful practice at the start of a new season, or during a time of change in nature. This celebration will begin with an intention-setting meditation, then together, we will move through 108 Sun Salutations. You will be gently guided through each one, and a modified Sun Salutation will be offered. After we complete our salutations, you will be eased into long-hold yin-style stretches, and then a special savasana.

This celebration is beginner-friendly and enjoyable for all levels. Bring a yoga mat, water, and any meaningful items that you’d like to have nearby during your practice. The room will be heated to a comfortable 90 degrees.

COST:
This class is donation-based, and you are required to donate in order to sign up. Donations begin at $10 and go up to your preferred amount. 50% of all proceeds will go to charities in the greater Prescott area.
